RETURN POLICY OF
NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT

 

Non-customized product(s) (items that did not require us to add any stamp text)
can be return with prior authorization and with the following conditions:

1) product must be returned in the original box (with all parts included) or in factory sealed packaging (such as stamp pads or blistered packed product),
2) product must be returned in new and saleable condition,
3) product must be return within 30 days of your order's ship date,
4) a 25% processing/re-stock charge of the returning product total will be deducted from your refund,
5) refunds will be issued by the same method that payment was made:

   

a) orders paid by a credit credit will be issued a refund to that same credit card,
b) orders paid by a check or money order will be issued a refund by check. A check clearing period of 10 business days from the day of deposit is required prior to a refund check being sent by U.S. Postal Service, First Class,
c) orders paid by using PayPal.com will be issued a refund through PayPal.com.
